Policies and Procedures

To achieve a soothing, relaxing environment and enhanced Spa experience of Fabulous Touch, we kindly request our guests to observe our Spa Policies.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

  • We recommend making appointments for all services as early as possible to ensure that we can accommodate you with your choice of time and staff. Please call us at (718) 758-4393 to book or cancel all appointments.
  • We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However we ask you that you give us fair warning. You will be telephoned the day before your appoint for confirmation. If you did not show up to your appointments after two times, we will cancel them all.
  • As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel the Same Day or No-Show for your appointment, we will be deducting your next treatment.

Late Arrivals

If you are running more than 10 minutes late we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, we do value the appointment time of all of our clients so it may be necessary to shorten your service in consideration of the following client’s appointment


Payments by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. The prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services.

Services received cannot be refunded:

1. No refunds are given for gift card orders and Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
2. No refund is given for partially used package purchases since they are purchased at a discount price.


We cannot be responsible for loss or damages to personal items. Keep them with you during your appointment.


Our services do not include tax or gratuities. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Gift Certificates & Vouchers

Gift certificates and vouchers that are expired will be accepted at half of the face value for 30 days after the expiration date. No gift certificates or vouchers will be accepted once this amount of time has passed.
